As a Creative Lead at Agency 123 (McD’s in-house agency), I provide creative direction on internal comms, large-scale events, video and marketing materials for the McDonald’s system. More specifically, I work across our Global People and Global Marketing departments.
In the last 6 months, I’ve helped onboard a handful of kickass freelance designers, brought structure and clarity to projects by using a brief, and won “best presentation” in a dip competition by making a hedgehog cheeseball (see below). It’s not a Cannes Lion but pretty close, right?
